Our Qualifications & Accountability

Sales All our full time staff have completed the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Properties. Our sales business is run by Reapit (RPS) the Sunday Times Gold Supplier of the year 2011

Lettings Our lettings contracts are prepared by ARLA qualified members using leases annually updated and prepared by The Lettings Centre and using CFP, the market leading lettings and property management software.

International Our International Manager is a member of AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) to whom we are accountable for the service we offer

Generally The company has been recognised by Investors in People for investment in its staff in 2008 and is accountable for its actions as members of Ombudsman Services and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT)
