Set up on Tattenham Corner overlooking the fabulous Epsom Downs there can hardly be a better place to live or sell houses. This has certainly been the case for Jon Wilkins who has not only run the branch for over 13 years but has lived locally both as man and boy. With his determined enthusiasm, and characteristic style there are few local residents who have not come across Jon and indeed there are few properties Jon has not been inside at some time or another.
Jon is ably assisted by David Morgan who brings a fantastic sense of level security to the office, whilst his legendary patience is an absolute must in ensuring that your sale progresses to completion as smoothly as possible.
Both Jon and David hold the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property with David being a long term registered member of the association.
Located in a converted barn style building in the heart of Ewell and covering the wider areas including Cheam, Chessington, Epsom, and, Stoneleigh, the office is run by Martin Bull who grew up in the area so knows it well, Martin’s rock steady experience is complimented by Lavina’s gentle yet determined feminine style which as has, over the years, soothed many a concerned seller and led to her long list of thank you’s from happy clients.
The bed rock of Martin and Lavina’s success is the simple philosophy that exceptional customer service is paramount and they take pride in guiding their clients and customers through the selling and purchasing of a property from beginning to end.
There is always a warm and buzzing welcome to everyone that comes through the doors in Ewell.

Drew Bowler manages the sales in Tadworth and having worked in the local area for over 17 years (11 years running the Tadworth branch of Eastons) it would be hard to find anybody with greater local knowledge to provide you with accurate and evidenced advice on the pricing and marketing of your property.
The office was originally a bank and is part of the former Station Buildings in the centre of the Village and stands proudly at the junction of Cross Road, High Street and The Avenue meaning that any property displayed in the window is almost impossible to miss.
Drew has that calm and pragmatic style that puts all his customers at ease whilst his dry sense of humour has turned many a difficult situation into a happy ending.
Drew is also a great trainer of young estate agents and has recently been joined by Josh who brings that fresh and young enthusiasm to the office. Josh has that rare combination of a mature head on a young body – perhaps that is why they get along so well as Drew could be considered the complete opposite!

Over the last 4 years the rentals department, under the guidance of Paul Taylor has flourished to the force that it now is as one of the area’s leading letting and management agencies. Paul is most proud of the fact that the department has reached this success by hard work and word of mouth. The most common report he receives from new Landlords is how surprised they are at the level of marketing, feedback and service they receive
Paul originally joined Eastons back in 2006, left in 2008 and realising his mistake came back in 2009. Nicola Cory works alongside Paul in letting the properties and keeping him in order. Nicola originally only joined Eastons to provide weekend cover but as the saying goes “she loved it so much she decided to take a full time role” for which we are all eternally grateful.
Paul holds the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) Technical Award with Nicola currently well on track to her qualification.
Overseen by Paul Taylor the Property Management team is run by Lorraine Bryon-Pitts. Although Lorraine has only recently joined Eastons it seems like she has been one of the team for much longer.
With a larger than life sense of humour and seemingly endless energy Lorraine manages to deal with all the daily issues of property management with seeming ease. This has not gone un-noticed by our Landlords who have not only taken the time to phone Paul to let him know but got fellow Landlords to move their properties over to us.
The contractual matters and monies are handled by Julie who is the quiet yet competent efficiency ensures that not only do all our Landlords always get their monies but contracts are enforced to the letter.
The team could not be complete without our dedicated property inspector Vikki Brashier who is renowned for her OCD attention to detail (If you ever visit our office just look at the perfectly arranged management files on the back wall). It is this trait that means that nothing is missed by Vikki’s eagle eyes when she carries out her regular property inspections.
The latest department at Eastons and already flourishing. With great reviews from the leaseholders of the blocks we look after, pleasantly surprised at the personal, friendly and no nonsense approach taken.
Overseen by David Bell, the department is run on a daily basis by Paul Taylor and Lorraine Bryon-Pitts, applying their inimitable personal style on the department with great success. Paul and Lorraine believe regular visits and face-to-face dealings are by far the best approach. This is why we look after blocks that are within a 15 minute drive of our offices and where we can use our local approved contractors.
The bespoke style applied to each block and the ability to adapt to individual requirements is at the core of the Block Management business and ultimately the way we can provide customer satisfaction and best value to each block we manage.
Gong from strength to strength the land and new homes department has really taken the local market by storm. Jerry Kelly heads up the department bringing a wealth of experience learnt over the last 2 decades in the industry, initially working for a residential developer then a social developer and finally a corporate land department.
It is with this breadth of experience, extensive contact base and ability to see the opportunity from all points of view that is the most potent tool in securing not only the best developer for each site but the best price for each client.
The advice is free, in complete confidence and without any obligation. Even when you decide to proceed there is no cost for the service as we look to the developer to instruct us on the sale of the resultant properties.
