Drew Bowler manages the sales in Tadworth and having worked in the local area for over 19 years (14 years running the Tadworth branch of Eastons) it would be hard to find anybody with greater local knowledge to provide you with accurate and evidenced advice on the pricing and marketing of your property.

Drew is ably assisted by Josh, who has been working in the Tadworth branch for over two years and is passionate about customer service. He excels at sales progression, making sure that all parties are kept informed of progress and gently ‘nudging’ solicitors along.
Josh has that rare combination of a mature head on a young body – perhaps that is why they get along so well as Drew could be considered the complete opposite!
Alongside Drew & Josh is Erica who has worked at the Tadworth branch for the last 14 years. Having also lived in the village for a similar time, she is the oracle of all things Tadworth. Over the last 4 years the rentals department, under the guidance of Paul Taylor has flourished to the force that it now is as one of the area’s leading letting and management agencies. Paul is most proud of the fact that the department has reached this success by hard work and word of mouth. The most common report he receives from new Landlords is how surprised they are at the level of marketing, feedback and service they receive
Paul originally joined Eastons back in 2006, left in 2008 and realising his mistake came back in 2009. Nicola Cory works alongside Paul in letting the properties and keeping him in order. Nicola originally only joined Eastons to provide weekend cover but as the saying goes “she loved it so much she decided to take a full time role” for which we are all eternally grateful.

Overseen by Paul Taylor the Property Management team is run by Lorraine Bryon-Pitts. Although Lorraine has only recently joined Eastons it seems like she has been one of the team for much longer.
With a larger than life sense of humour and seemingly endless energy Lorraine manages to deal with all the daily issues of property management with seeming ease. This has not gone un-noticed by our Landlords who have not only taken the time to phone Paul to let him know but got fellow Landlords to move their properties over to us.
The contractual matters and monies are handled by Julie who is the quiet yet competent efficiency ensures that not only do all our Landlords always get their monies but contracts are enforced to the letter.
The team could not be complete without our dedicated property inspector Vikki Brashier who is renowned for her OCD attention to detail (If you ever visit our office just look at the perfectly arranged management files on the back wall). It is this trait that means that nothing is missed by Vikki’s eagle eyes when she carries out her regular property inspections.

Overseen by David Bell, the department is run on a daily basis by Kyle Robinson and Lorraine Bryon-Pitts, applying their inimitable personal style on the department with great success. Kyle Robinson and Lorraine believe regular visits and face-to-face dealings are by far the best approach.
