Sales Administrator (PART TIME)– Residential Estate Agency
Eastons is an established, leading independent estate agent offering a range of services including sales & lettings, management & block together with land & new homes supported by market leading technology and extensive social and IT marketing.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a long serving, friendly team as a part-time Sales Administrator.
The varied role is challenging and rewarding in equal measures and will involve meeting, greeting and registering potential customers in the office and on the phone, showing them around local properties and generally assisting in the daily running of a busy, multi-disciplined estate agents office.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a local person with strong links to the community
Will have previous experience in agency (however this not essential)
Be gregarious confident yet polite, with a can-do attitude and willingness to “muck in”.
Be IT literate, comfortable with software packages and with good keyboard skills.
Have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own car.
Be self-motivated, happy under pressure and provide first class customer service
Have impeccable time keeping, professional appearance coupled with excellent communication skills.
This is a flexible part-time role ideally working a couple of hours per day up to 5 days a week (hours to be discussed). Half in office/half remotely. Additional hours may be available to cover the team, during holidays or at particularly busy periods.
Main tasks include
• Updating sales details on CRM
• Liaising with vendors and applicants to set up appointments
• Assisting Sales staff with administrative tasks
